Tai chi with its fluid and comfortable slow movements in a specific sequence and Qigong with the various postures and breathing techniques strengthen and allow Qi (energy) to flow within the body. Private and small group classes in Athens upon request. Taught in English.
Yoga Therapy
Yoga Therapy is a way to better know yourself, take control of symptoms, change to what you want to be through short and easy to do yoga practices that make you feel better, healthier, stronger, calmer, happier.
Yoga Therapy can serve to be preventative, curative and quite often as a means to manage a condition. It looks at an individual as a whole and thereby helps in restoring on a physical, psychological and emotional level.
